Shipping Policy

HEOMIB is committed to processing customer orders efficiently and providing reliable delivery services. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are prepared, shipped, and delivered to customers.

1. Order Processing

After an order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, HEOMIB will begin preparing the order for shipment.

Orders are normally processed as soon as reasonably possible. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, weekends, holidays, or other operational circumstances.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery will depend on the destination and the carrier's transportation schedule.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

For international orders, the estimated delivery time is generally 7–16 business days.

This timeframe is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, local transportation, customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, public holidays, and other circumstances outside HEOMIB's reasonable control.

Customers should therefore allow additional time when placing orders for international delivery.

3. Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order. This includes the recipient's name, phone number, street address, city, postal code, and any other information required for successful delivery.

HEOMIB is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or losses caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned, lost, or otherwise undeliverable because the customer entered an incorrect address, HEOMIB cannot guarantee a replacement shipment or resend the order.

4. Customs and Import Procedures

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import regulations, taxes, duties, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges that may apply to an international shipment are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Customs processing may also affect the estimated delivery timeframe. HEOMIB does not control the policies or processing times of customs authorities.

5. Delays

Although HEOMIB makes reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, certain circumstances may cause delays. These may include severe weather, transportation interruptions, customs procedures, carrier issues, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, or other events beyond our control.

A shipping delay does not automatically qualify an order for a refund or replacement.

6. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order within 6 hours after placing the order.

After the 6-hour period, the order may already have entered the preparation or fulfillment process and therefore cannot be cancelled.
